The outcomes of applying these strategies are necessary to prepare students and new generations in general for tomorrow’s leadership and future’s workforce.

Creating an environment for continuous learning and training based on the 21st educational skills is essential for garneting the promising sides of our century. In such an environment, educators are not mere instructors, but also motivators to ignite students’ hidden potentials and encourage them to learn how to think twice inside and outside the box, how to overcome their narrow egoisms and acquire a teamworking spirit, and finally how to invest what they learn for the sake of humanity and our planets as a whole.
