Dr. Karim was born in 1964 and grew up in Slemany’s Sarshaqam neighborhood. in 1979 he graduated from the mechanical industry school. In 1986, he graduated from Mosul University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. in 1989, he achieved master’s degree and in the year he started working as assistant lecturer at the university of salah al din.
From 1989 until now, it means that for 35 years he has taught education and psychology in the colleges of education in the universities of the Kurdistan Region, in 1998 he received the rank of assistant professor and in 2012 he received the degree of science professor
Because of his passion for art, he has participated in many theatrical and television productions, and has participated in the establishment of several NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS such as Astera, the Parapsychology Association and many others.
He was the head of education and psychology department for 4 years in Salahaddin University of Education in Erbil
In addition to all this, The Doctor has served the Kurdish community many times, which has translated the Ots-Leon, Johan, and Pride intelligence measurements into Kurdish, He was the first university lecturer in the Kurdistan Region to receive the right to translate stanford’s world-class intelligence from professor Dr. Abdullah Kilani.
He has voluntarily visited the schools of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah many times and has presented many educational seminars and workshops
In the frame of his volunteer work for two years, he was a member of the advisory committee for experiences and evaluation in the council of the ministry of education
