My name is Liva Adil Shareef, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature, I studied for a Master’s degree in Eco criticism in Turkey. Additionally, I studied Pedagogy for two years in Germany. Currently, I work as an Assistant Lecturer at Tishk International University, I have published various research on educational issues, gender studies, and environmental literature. I am multilingual and speak five languages, which has enabled me to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I’m passionate about raising awareness regarding educational, environmental, and social issues.

The seminar “The Role Of Teachers As Coaches Of Learning “will provide grounds for discussing the significance of shifting the traditional role of the teachers to the modern approach. Due to the rapid changes in the 21st century in the various aspects of life, education has witnessed remarkable alterations. The concept of education and learning has evolved. Curriculums and tools of education become increasingly empirical and practical to align the labor market. The requirements of the labor market developed and became inclusive. As a result, the academic platforms carried out the responsibilities of preparing the learners and providing them with the qualifications they need. The seminar will highlight the significance of emphasizing the transition from acting as teachers to facilitators. It will explore the shift from direct instructing to coaching to enhance student’s skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and lifelong acquiring skills. In addition, the topic will explore the principles of goal setting, feedback, and growing mindset. The discussion will focus on effective methods, techniques, and strategies to enhance engagement and students’ responsibility in the classroom. Addressing the challenges will be another concern of the discussion.
