This seminar highlights important changes in the role of teachers in the contemporary education system. Here, the emphasis is on shifting the role of the teacher from merely a lecturer to an active mentor and coach. The seminar will present new strategies that teachers can use to become a source of inspiration for students and encourage them to learn more effectively. Also, the importance of developing the necessary skills for this change and its positive effects on pupils’ learning levels and personal growth are discussed.
