Abstract:
In the presentation, effective professional development (PD) ideas for teachers, is considered to be highly important for enhancing the skills and knowledge of teachers. PD programs hold immense significance for improving the quality of teaching practices in schools. It aims to improve teaching performance using specific platforms and explore the key challenges faced by teachers in implementing their new knowledge and skills. Teaching performance may be highly measured by teachers as strong or needs improvement for different classes. This presentation illustrates a set of online platforms can guide teachers for reasonable and observable measure of their performance as a strong attitude. Teaching live examples as outcomes produced by real situations are placed to shape the development of teacher’s strategies. Definitely, life is changing due to COVID-19, so teachers need to focus on using technology to feed their classes entertainment. What is the observable impact on teachers’ practice after the PD? , what are the platforms used for teachers’ development? , and what are the key challenges faced teachers due to COVID-19? are being interpreted during this presentation. It is crucial for schools due to unexpected circumstances, to adopt specific platforms in order to improve teachers’ performance which, as a result, enhances students’ learning.
