Seminar Title / ناونیشانی بابەت / عنوان الندوة :
Leadership in challenging times
Abstract / پوختە / الملخص :
In this seminar, Leadership in Challenging Times, I will explore the essence of educational leadership and the qualities that define effective leaders. As we face unprecedented challenges in education, understanding what it means to lead, inspire, and guide becomes ever more essential. Together, we will examine core traits of strong leaders, such as adaptability, empathy, and resilience, which are pivotal in navigating today’s complex educational landscape. I’ll also introduce key leadership models, including distributed and situational leadership, illustrating how each can uniquely support various school environments and community needs. Rather than endorsing a single “ideal” approach, I encourage each of you to consider the importance of context in determining your leadership style. Ultimately, effective leadership in education is less about adhering to a specific model and more about thoughtfully applying the right approach for the circumstances at hand. This session aims to inspire reflective, purposeful leadership suited to the demands of our dynamic times.
